Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cozy Cuddles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Cozy Cuddles is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once the order has been shipped.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
- To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Cut material or fabric sold by the yard
- Custom or personalized blankets or handmade items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Due to the nature of cut fabric and handmade products, all custom and material purchases are final unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as production or processing may have already begun.
